Delano Miami Beach’s transformation pays homage to its storied Art Deco heritage while introducing a more contemporary, residential sensibility under its new chapter. Located on Collins Avenue in the heart of South Beach, the property preserves its signature theatrical arrival and iconic architectural bones while softening the experience through warmer materials, natural textures, and a more relaxed sense of luxury. The 171-room hotel, including reimagined suites, poolside bungalows, and penthouse accommodations, has been redesigned to emphasise light, space, and calm. Interiors favour muted tones, custom furnishings, and expansive glazing that draws the ocean and city skyline into the guest experience.
