Celebrating 10 wonderful years

2020 is a special year for Quintessentially Travel as it marks our milestone 10th birthday. Over the last decade, we’ve enjoyed creating thousands of tailor-made itineraries, discovered a world of new places for our clients to visit and designed some truly extraordinary experiences.

To kickstart our 12-month-long birthday celebrations, I’m delighted to be able to showcase even more of our signature style with our first-ever travel edition of the Quintessentially Magazine. During the year, we’ll be celebrating how travel can take you on a wealth of diverse journeys with our theme of ‘Time to…’. It might be ‘Time to reconnect with family and friends’, ‘Time to indulge in new cuisines from around the world’, ‘Time to explore nature’s unbounded beauty and enthralling new places’ or ‘Time to relax in a wellness retreat’. The choice is yours.

Travel is our passion and for this issue we want to inspire you with destinations to discover in 2020, plus delve into ‘Trips to Challenge Yourself’, as well as a spotlight feature on a different side of Rwanda, following our recent exploration. Throughout the year, we will be bringing you the latest trends in luxury travel including a series on ‘no-fly travel’ as well as our focuses on experiential destinations and captivating cultures from all around the globe. We’ve also launched a 10th Anniversary celebratory collection of unique, one-of-a-kind itineraries, which are ideal for the curious traveller, and will encourage new perspectives.

2020 will also see us raising our commitment to charitable initiatives with an enhanced focus on experiential fundraising and opportunities for our clients to make a positive contribution to the places and people they visit. Making a meaningful difference through travel helps us preserve the planet and communities for future generations, a legacy we are dedicated to delivering. We look forward to sharing more on our social and environmental developments throughout the year.
