This trip is a perfect introduction to the dramatic country of Iceland; distilling the very best of nature and the delights that the capital city Reykjavik has to offer it packs a lot in a short space of time - the perfect mini break. You will split your time between Husafell and Reykjavik. Husafell is located in the west of the country 90 miles from Reykjavik and is perfectly placed for potential viewings of the Northern lights, plus visiting one of Europe's largest glaciers, the country's largest lava caves and geothermal baths in the national park nearby. Following a night in Husafell you will be transferred to Reykjavik. However, you will be very much enjoying the best of 2 contrasting worlds with a fantastic gourmet food tour taking you round some of the gastronomic delights of the city plus later on you will be taken out to the nearby countryside for yet more spellbinding scenery; this time enjoyed on quad bikes. Of course a trip to Iceland is not complete without a visit to the iconic blue lagoon which you will also get to enjoy. This trip is a perfect minibreak allowing you to experience the best of this breath-taking country and its varied landscapes.
- You will fly into Reykjavik and be transferred to Husafell which is in the West of Iceland where you will spend a night
