Emma North

Head of Incentives

With ten years of experience in Hospitality, Events and Travel, Emma has spent her career travelling the globe, fulfilling exclusive award-winning incentives for luxury brands and ticking off many a bucket-list moment in the process. With grizzly bear encounters and complex logistical triumphs conquered, Emma’s focus has turned to ensuring her eye for detail, ‘leave no stone unturned’ attitude and passion for exceeding client expectations is at the heart of what the team strive to deliver.

Heléna Vella 

Project Director

Having worked in the luxury travel and events industry for almost ten years, Heléna has travelled all corners of the globe delivering an array of events for a range of different industries. From journeying through Japan over two weeks with a small group of VIP customer patrons, to drafting in a helicopter from the Vietnamese government to help a stranded UHNW group get from Hanoi to Halong Bay, Heléna’s experience and pragmatic skillset mean she is fully equipped to expect (and handle!) the unexpected.

"I love seeing through the life-cycle of a project, from brainstorming that initial ‘lightbulb’ idea, masterminding how to make it a reality, and finally executing it and watching guests be truly wowed by a moment you and the team have created. Being able to be a part of making someone’s bucket-list travel experience a reality is something I can never imagine tiring of." 


Holly McLay

Business Development Manager

Holly began her career in luxury event planning and management, specialising in large scale brand events and high-profile private parties. A passion for travel later took Holly around the world, with time spent living and working in both Moscow and New York before joining Quintessentially Travel in the fast-growing Incentives Team. Exploring new countries at every opportunity, Holly is always on the lookout for emerging destinations, unique properties and inspiring experiences to share with clients.

Louis Ramsey

Incentives Executive

Louis has four strong years in the MICE industry that have seen him work across a whole breadth of events; from kick-off meetings and being an inbound UK events specialist to large pharmaceutical charity conferences for over 1,000 people. Travelling the globe in the process, Louis moved to Quintessentially Travel where his passion for automotive and golf has seen him weave these interests into a range of exclusive incentives around the world.

"I love what I do because my job allows me to organise trips of a lifetime for individuals – I’m often the first point of contact during the guest registration process, so to meet them in person and see their enjoyment whilst on a trip is truly priceless. Recently when launching a car at Le Mans I was lucky enough to witness guests excitedly see their new car for the first time; a total privilege."
